Business Success After COVID-19: Improved Success within Construction

The challenge for small companies following the Covid-19 crisis

Since the start of the Covid-19 lockdown, for many companies, it has presented huge business anxiety, challenges and concerns. The path to business recovery and growth will continue to be testing and companies now need to prepare plans and create conditions for better resilience, creativity and long-term sustainability.

To help with this quest, RTC North has created a suite of ‘Business Success After Covid-19’ work programmes – all aimed at supporting small North East companies as they navigate their own business journeys.

All of the programmes are 100% funded. (Eligiblity criteria applies)

Who is it for?

Research has suggested that, within the Construction Sector, the two main areas prime for improvement are:

Sales & Marketing

Process Improvement

With the above in mind and, following the impact of the Covid-19 crisis, this programme has been created for North East based companies who are based within the construction sector. It is designed to improve their knowledge and capability within the specific areas of Sales & Marketing and Process Improvement.

What is it?

Spread across 3 Zoom-based webinars, by the end of the programme delegates will:

  • Improve their knowledge and understanding of the effective and successfully proven methods and techniques for Sales & Marketing
  • Begun to identify how to evaluate and find areas (within your company) for improvement through the use of techniques such as lean, continuous improvement and more
  • This is great opportunity for the owners and leaders of construction companies to genuinely increase their future business success and resilience as they seek to recover and grow from the Covid-19 crisis.
