Leading Remote Teams – 90 Minute Live Online Workshop with Dale Carnegie Training.
About this Event
Whatever the changed future will look like, it looks like remote working is here to stay.
There are lots of benefits of remote working efficiency and productivity is up and sickness absence is down. There are also many challenges: people felling emotionally connected, coaching and accountability, raising standards and performance to name just a few.
In this 90 minute live online workshop we will explore practical ways to:
- Create Engagement Remotely – so people feel connected to the team and the business
- Collaborative remote working – so we still get things done with the whole team involved
- Virtual Communication – so we deliver clear and concise messages through our webcam
Facilitator for this session is Mark Fitzmaurice, Director and Digital Master Trainer. Mark has over 30 years experience as a trainer with Dale Carnegie and for the last three years as a Digital Master Trainer with Carnegie University. He has delivered programmes in over 30 countries and worked with many member organisations in NEAA.
This free-to-attend event is for NEAA member companies and SCNE participants only.
