Break up the day by joining this lunchtime session and learn new techniques to help you focus during these challenging times.
About this Event
Stress and mental health problems have never been more important than now, and the challenges they present never more acute than in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
These new challenges are of major concern for organisations as well as individuals, in the light of growing evidence of their effects in the age of the pandemic. Here at the NEAA we have been focusing our efforts on Mindfulness (or mind training) as a way of managing stress since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
This Mindfulness session with ARK Associates will take place over lunchtime helping you to take a break and refocus for the afternoon ahead. It is suited to all types of people, some new to mind training, others well versed in the powerful techniques to improve your emotional well-being and clarity of thought. It is a session for everyone!
Specialist coach Alan Ross at ARK Associates set up his company 25 years ago, after a corporate career in the FMCG industry. Alan incorporates yoga and mindfulness into his leadership development work, where his clients include senior leaders from major public and private sector organisations, including ZF Automotive.
This free-to-attend event is for NEAA member companies and SCNE participants.
